If I eat iddly or dosai (prepared using rice powder and orid dal paste after fermentation) in the morning, I feel discomfort in my stomach only after my lunch and I will be forced to go to toilet. Kindly enlighten me the reason for the same with proper remedy.

If now you feel ok let go. Always use fresh and light food. Avoid oily spicy and fast food. Stomach should not empty more than 4 hrs. Take plenty of water fruits and keep yourself active. Mahashankh vati 1 tab chew 3 time a day will be helpful.
