I was not able to sleep properly at night. And I woke up at 3 at morning everyday. Even after that I was not able to sleep properly. And I never use phone for long time at night. why does it happen.Please tell.

Sleep is a very important for the healthy life.6-8 hours sleep is adequate.early to sleep&early to rise is a good funda. Take a light dinner &avoid TV,mobile,tea&coffee in the evening. Morning workouts in the form of some game,swimming,cycling,jogging depending upon your intrest. Your room &metress should be comfortable.it should be noise free. Your mind should be relaxed&there should be no anxiety worries&tensions.No alcohol&tobacco should be used.Daytime sleep should be avoided.
