Hello, firstly you need to get your teeth professionally cleaned by dentist. Cleaning will remove the layers of plaque and calculus that causes the problem of pyorrhoea. Secondly, start following strict oral hygiene habits like brushing twice a day, floss your teeth, rinse your mouth after every meal. Clean your tongue. Start using a soft bristle brush for a month or two. Use any toothpaste, it hardly makes any difference.
