Hello Dr. I had unprotected sex on 21 june 2023 and took unwanted 72 within 24 hours ,my periods were due on 2 july 23 and I got them on 3 july 23 but only blood spotting is all I can see and period cramps and other symptoms are normal ,is this period or my body is mimicking periods and if it is true then when will get my periods.
