I was diagnosed to be a diabetic about 15 years ago. For the last seven years, I have been taking Januvia 100 before lunch and GlimyM2 before BF and dinner. Recently, my HBA1C was 7.1 Decided to consult again, and was advised again Januvia 100 and replace Glimy M2 with Glycomet SR 500. No other change. Now, I find the sugar level touching as high a level as 534. Can it be only due to changeover from Glimy to Glycomet? What else?
