Please do hot and cold compresses alternately daily. Take mag phos 6x - twice daily 4 tabs for next 2 weeks. Keep moving do not stand/sit too long at a stretch.

You must use a small stool say about a 12 inches height. Stand with say right foot over it and left on the ground. Change every 15 minutes to stand on left foot on the stool and right foot on the ground. Do strengthening exercises for both legs and spinal mobile exercises.
