There was a lipoma on my back. Before 2 years it convert into wound and discharged a lot of pus which was very bad smell. After taking antibiotic and dressing ,it cured. But after 1 year I feel pain on that location and some times little water discharged from that location and that is very dirty smell. Please suggest for treatment. Where should I have to go either surgeon or physician.
