Take 2 tablespoon full of fenugreek seeds and add 2 glass of water. Boil it. The water will become light green in colour. Filter it, cool it to your content and have the water when your periods starts. Your pain will be reduced. Please don't take any kind of pain killers. Normally the menstrual pain will only be there for the first 4 hours of its commencement. If the pain persists, then your need to check up your blood routine to know whether your hb level is below normal. If so then have dry grape juice, pomegranate, dates palm, sesame seeds with jaggery for attaining the normalcy.
