I have not got job. That's why I feel great tension especially when I go to bed to sleep. Sometimes it disturbs my sleep. So what will I do?

Do not worry you will surely get a job, get yourself organized exercise daily for an hour to beat stress as it produces endorphins which are happy hormones, eat balanced diet, take bath before going to sleep. Also, organize your activities, look up for work, keep searching, realize your weakness and strength work on your weakness your difficulties you are encountering in clearing interview.
