Hello- due to prolonged cardio vascular disease or diabetes, valves of veins situated in the legs get compromised resulting in the back flow of impure blood against the gravity. >black spots on legs are due to this reason. Try these tips- 1) massage the area with warm castor oil daily. 2) wear tight footballer socks.(used in case of varicose veins)
