I am 26 years old male. Recently 2 years back I had a surgery of tympanoplasty to my left ear because of hole in middle ear drum, after 6 months after surgery the problem is same I consult doctor he said that the surgery got failed, he suggested to surgery once again, my query is that why my surgery get failed and please suggest better hospital in low price

Dir, the success rate of tympanoplasty in the best of hands is about 90 to 95 percent. There can be a lot of reasons for failure. Postoperative infection or cold is a grey common reason for failure. You will have to undergo the surgery again.
