Hi, Pregnancy is a very beautiful phenomenon. Though some discomforts accompany it but the result u get is many times rewarding. Don't think much about it. U r not alone who is going through this. Keep yourself busy in positive activities as for the new born the period from the conception till the first two years after birth are the very crucial years for his/her personality making. Ther mother's physical, emotional and mental health as well as her surrounding environment effects the new born's personality very greatly. Keep yourself relaxed and follow your doctor's advice. Eat healthy food at regular intervals, do some light exercise and take proper rest. Read a lot of positive books and listen good soothing music. and last but not the least feel yourself great who is going to bring a new life to this planet. So pamper yourself. Pregnancy is a physiological process and not a pathology (disease) we have put lots of what is to be done and what not, which is only creating hindrances in a natural process. Trust you body's intelligence. Birthing in animals is a such a smooth process, body takes care of everything. Ovarian cyst is not very uncommon. Just follow your gynaec's advice and enjoy this rare change, which will bring so much of joy to you. Remember fear and stress only harms the baby inside. Take a counseling session if you must. Relax.
