Hello, i'm a 21 year old male. I used to masturbate a lot. Sometimes a bit roughly. About 2-3 times daily without any kind of lubricants. A few days ago I developed two lumps (one is comparatively bigger than the other) on the shaft of my penis. Whenever I masturbate it becomes more visible and swells up. But after masturbation or ejaculation the swelling decreases withing a short period of time. But I can feel the presence of the lump if I touch the affected area. There is no discharge, pain, foul smell or burning or any other problems. Everything is normal except the presence of these two lumps which is making me anxious. I've never had sex. Is this a serious issue? Also what is the reason behind these lumps? Is there any chances of developing std or penile cancer or erectile dysfunction or any other serious problems? I'm worried about this issue of mine. Please help. Thank you.
