use ayurvedic shampoos only
take half spoon trifla two spoon soaked white til.
Take milk with 1 pinch of haldi.
Apply curd in your hair before hair wash (10-15) mins
eat beans and daal. Apply good oil in your hair 2-3 times in a week.
Avoid use of alopathic medicine too much.
Do not take any kind of stress.
Avoid sun rays directly on yours head.
Apply mustered oil on yours nails. Both feet and hands. Once or twice in a day.
For typhoid weakness recovery eat 2-3 soaked munaaka with luke milk.
