I'm am 21 years old guy and now I'm working in night because of that I'm not able to sleep well in the daytime. Will it cause any health problem?

Our body works on something called as biological clock which is designed on the basis of day and night rhythm as well as seasonal rhythms. Its proper functioning is Dependant on the fact that this rhythm called as Circadian rhythm is followed properly, means sleep at night and work in day. Its important for proper working of all organs like brain,liver,stomach as well as hormone secretions. So long term night work will affect your body and mind in a negative way for sure.
