I am suffering from flakes of dandruff and itching, hair thinning and fall of hair 20-30 hairs/ day decrease /damage of tissue under nail, while I stepplng down some tik tik sound is coming from left knee and joint pains in extremeties of limbs and energyless condition in the body what should I do? please help me.
