There is absence of semen production in one testicle from 2 3 years. Is it a some kind of blockage? Is Gyming is responsible behind this condition.? Can it be cured? According to you will I have to go through operation for this?

Gymning, smoking, constant exposure to hot weather, constant pressure due to illfitting inners do bring down sperm count, no operation is needed, if your counts are low, try modification of lifestyle & medicines are given only if there is difficulty to conceive by woman. There is a blockage which is doctor made, on both sides - vesectomy operation for family planning or some injury or some illness like mumps suffered during childhood. Get a semen test done to reassure yourself.
