Hi I'm 23y years old I have bald portion above my left ear I have tried many medicines but not a single hair is back what should I do now.

Is the bald patch just above the left hair or is it above the right ear as well? if it is only above the left ear, you can fill that area with hair transplant, its a procedure where hair from other part of the scalp is taken and implanted in the required bald patch. Once a bald patch has appeared it is nearly impossible to grow natural hair in that area with oils and shampoos. Also its important to understand in detail why the bald patch has appeared on the left side and the cause of it.
