I have a serious dental problem. There's a cavity on my teeth. How do I treat it. Or is there anyway to curb further spreading of the infection? Will removing the infected teeth solve the problem once and for all?

There is a treatment called root canal treatment. With the help of that a dentist can save your tooth and relieves you from pain. It is not advisable to remove tooth in your age. Obviously spread of infection can damage your surrounding area. So visit your dentist for treatment.
