My palpitations are not reducing. I've been stressed lately. And I also get overactive bladder despite drinking less water, I pee often. Sometimes it happens as often as 4 times in one hour. I'm not sure what to do in this situation. I feel like crying, I am nauseated.

Palpitation, overactive bladder and feeling of crying may be symptoms of anxiety. Try to streamline your daily routine. Take timely meals, exercise regularly and go to bed early. You will feel good in 15 days. If the symptoms persist consult a psychiatrist he may prescribe you anti anxiety medication, which will calm you down.
