Dear doctors, I am 23 years old, male. From last few months I noticed that some of liquid like water discharge from my penis, during some sexual activities like porn, dirty talk with girl friend. Etc. After few days I going to get marriage. Is it any disease. Can it be any problem during my intercourse. Suggest me. Please.
