Hi lybrate user, Medicine is not the only option for every problems, it's solution is good diet, physical activity with regular medicine.
Include more fiber in your daily meal. For fiber take more green leafy vegetables & fruits. You should take 4-5 meals of fruits & vegetable in your daily meal. Include all the seasonal fruits. Do not take simple carbs & simple.sugar. Do not forget to take sufficient water (8-10 glasses/day).
Try to take 2-3 glasses of water early morning empty stomach.
Meal gap should not be more than 3 hrs, take small & frequent meal.
