Hello osteoarthritis is a multifactorial degenerative condition. Aging is one of the important non- modifiable factors. Preventive measures -appropriate weight for height -active lifestyle -involve in exercises like cycling, swimming, use stairs, walking etc - take vitamin d and calcium adequately.
