Since 8 years ago I take deep breath every 1 min and I have thought in my head if I do not do that I will die, how to get rid of that?

Firstly feel relax it is not a big problem do morning walk for 30 mts do deep breathing exercise 5- 10 mts daily do steam inhalation 2/3 times a day get a good sound sleep of 6/8 hrs at night try for one month and come back for more advise good luck.
