For controlling your diabetes you have to follow proper diet, do some brisk walk along with medicines. These all 3 will work together and you will get to kwow how fit you can be. Have complex carbohydrates like whole wheat flour chapatis, oats, dalia, brown rice etc. 4. Avoid banana, chiku, mango, grapes. 5. Avoid fruits juices. 6. Avoid potatoes, sweet potato, arbi. 7. Have more salads and other vegetables. 8. Have small and frequent meals.
