Hello. I am 45 years old lady. I am a banker and have to sit all the on my seat. I have severe pain in my legs and facing fatigue. What should I do? Can you please help me to get rid of this problem? Thanks. Regards. Farhat javaid.

Do make a move whenever possible even for short interval as possible do keep moving your body frequently expecially the limbs even while sitting without affecting body axis do learn stretching and strengthening exercises from neuro physiotherapist
