I have reoccurred fungus on my penis nd foreskin I applied MICOGEL on my penis nd I ate 2 Fluconazole tab before 2 days and it's burning how can I permanently eliminate this pls tell me me doc I am too much panic.

Though you have taken tablets and cream for it, your personal hygience must be good to avoid fungal infections. Wear cotton underwear. Avoid wearing underwear at night when you sleep if you have groin itch, get it treated by a skin specialist keep your fingernails clean and short, so that they do not harm your skin clean your penis, by withdrawing the skin to expose the penis head, and remove all the sticky material (smegma) which accumulates there, not only at bathing, but also after passing urine. Keep a nutritious diet and have curds 4-5 times a week. All this will help improve your health and fight fungal infections.
