Whenever I masturbate I wash my hands with soap from fingers to elbow. I also apply soap to tap that I use to wash my hands of masturbation. I also rub my nails on my palms many times. Hey. Washing hands is usually of six steps, with 20 sec attributed to each step. All in all 120 seconds. There are plenty many videos which are either by individuals, goi or unicef which demonstrate those steps. What you are describing is close to scrubbing which surgeons do before ot. I don't recommend such extensive scrubbing after the simplest act of masturbation. For more details do consult me online.
