Hello doctor, i'm 26 years old and my bmi level is less than 18.5 which indicates that i'm underweight. However, mu periods are regular and I have certain symptoms during my ovulation. So that I assume that I ovulate regularly. I would like to know, as i'm underweight will it make me to get pregnant difficult? Thanking you!

Hi, Body Mass Index is not a real parameter of fitness. You need to have atleast 45 Kgs of weight and be in good nutritional condition to get pregnant. Being too underweight increases your chances of low birth weight.
