I am a girl ,age 29. There is anal skin tag near anus toward vagina. It is existing/present from three months. Sometimes when I get constipation it is swollen painful and sometimes blood pass out while passing out stool. Moreover I feel that gradually its size is increasing. Now a days ,it is painless just lumpy type. Kindly suggest home remedy to remove or shrink it out. I am worried and sometimes feel irritation. Can I tie with dental floss? Please suggest something without surgery to shrink or remove it. .
