I took an emergency contraceptive pill (unwanted 72) on 10th november 2022. My ovulation date was on 16 november when I started having spotting (thick brown-red kind) and I am still having it (not too much) but it is there and it has been two weeks now. My last period was on 3 november and the current period date is 1 december (if I didn't take the pill) kindly let me know what is the reason behind this and what needs to be done.
