When I eat something, it pains after first bite. Iya bleed when I brush. I chewing tobacco. There are gaps between my teeth. Pls advise.

Pain in teeth may be due to cavity. Also as you chew tobacco, there must be calculus deposition which leafs to gingivitis (swelling and bleeding of gums). Go for restoration if there is any cavity. Scaling and polishing of teeth. Regular brushing of teeth with soft toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste twice daily. Stop tobacco intake. It may harm you more in near future.
