Hi am married am suffering a white passing after periods time also entire day I met a doctor so they have provided a tabs no use. While passing this even am not able to stand for more time. Please suggest me something to cured.

You seems underweight, so as you have to be anemic. Take nutritious diet and do regular exercise atleast half hour, so that circulation get improved and vital capacity will increase and your anemia will subside slowly. Take green vegetable and eggs daily if you r not a brahmin.
