I had never done exercise before seriously. I wanted to start the physical exercise at morning. But I can not initiate it. Actually I wanted to wake up early in the morning but I can not sleep well and at time. Due to this I can not complete my sleep and can not wake up early in the morning.

1st make a schedule and follow it stickly. That you have to be determined by your own. Walk at night. 2 hours after food. Walk in good amount that may be enough to get you sleep at night. And that will help you to wake at regular time. In dat duration. Do some simple exercise like cycling, stair case use instead of lift, help mother at home. If nay work near distance to home. Do it by walking. All this will make you sleepy at night. And you can get up early in morning.

Avoid usage of phones and internet on any device, as it distract the sleep. Do drink warm milk before going to bed. Make your schedule of waking up early in morning, may use alarm clock for it.

Please avoid let night reading or any other task. Go to bed arond 10-30 pm. Listen light instrumental or vocal music of your choice. For 15 minutes before sleep, set alarm at 5.00 am. Take luke warm shower bath before goin g to bed. Complete your dinner within 9 pm. Try all these for 10 days atleast. I think it will work.
