I am 23 year old girl having high C reactiveprotienfor last almost 3 years. I get rashes when exposed to direct sunlight for even 15 seconds or so. What dietary changes should be done and taking what medicine would be unavoidable.

C-reactive protein rises if there is any inflammation in body. Rashes also increases c-reactive protein. You may take omega 3 fatty acids which helps to remove rashes like flax seeds and fish. You may also have vitamin c rich fruits like lemon, oranges, guava etc. Moreover, you should avoid direct contact with sunlight, may use umbrella or stroll whenever you are outside under sun.
You seem to hypersensitive. Please avoid direct harsh sunlight but very early morning extremely mild sunlight for few minutes to start with gradually increasing duration will slowly desensitize your skin. Always keep wider umbrella with you ready to use sos. Yoga will further help in relaxing the body and normalizing the metabolism.
