Dr. I am using panderm plus from last 2 year now I left it now I am getting whitish skin out on my face if I wash my face can you give any suggestions for this.

panderm contains steroid and it s not advisable to use it without doctor's advice. When ever we use steroid over skin, with repeated application, it makes skin thin. Thin skin reflects light n appear fair n bright. Also it make superficial blood capillaries to appear which gv flushing appearance. Whitening effect of steroid application s temporary. Continuous usage will bring more unwanted side effects like thin skin, pimples, stretch marks etc. You can read this topic in detail, it s called as" topical steroid damaged face" on internet. I will advice you to stop panderm usage as early as possible. And start using sunscreen regularly n apply non comedogenic moisturiser twice a day.
