Amit is having pain in testis and small drops of sperms are coming out from urinary tract from about last 3 days. 3 days back he is having a night fall after that small small drops of sperms are coming out. Drops are coming out and makes underwear wetty. And having pain and burning sensation while passing urine. And having extreme weakness and pain in body having fever and cough.
