I am 22 years old male and I have squint in my left eye. Is any treatment possible without surgery. Is surgery is safe? is it possible to cure squint by 100%. I hear that. After surgery squint may relapse. Is it true?

At your age, there is no treatment other than surgery. Surgery is safe, results are very predictable. It may relapse partly after some time in very few individuals, depends on your type of squint to begin with, how many muscles are involved, etc. It is worth going for surgery, because, even though it is for" cosmetic" purpose, it enhances your image and self confidence, and depending on your profession, can make a huge difference in your life.
