Chickenpox is viral selflimmiting disease, unless complicated. Usually lasts for 7-10 days. God bless & cure you fast.

Chicken pox is a short lasting condition. Within another week you should be cleared of it. For the time being stay indoors. Have normal food. Once the scab form and start falling of you are no longer infective to others. There is no way you can cure it faster. Only consider of you have any elderly people above 65 years and any pregnant lady in close contact with you where you live. They need to be vaccinated urgently.
