It usually take 4 hrs to sleep after going to bed. Most of the time I feel sleepy but as I close my eyes I come across with nightmare and suddenly I woke up. So what should I do to overcome this horror problem?

Before sleeping, read some good books and nice music. Try to eat 2 hours before you go to the bed. Have a glass of warm milk with haldi and ashwagandha to get good sleep.
