My digestion is too much week. I go to toilet after 3-4 days sometime even more than that. Please help me.

Hello, take high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, sprouts everyday. Take plenty of fluids. Make exercise a daily routine. Get your thyroid profile and fasting sugars checked.

Dear lybrate user use pure cow ghee 2tsp with meals everyday 2-3 times. Drink warm water after meals. Avoid sleep immediate after meals. Have adequate sleep and body exercises. Take avipattikar choorna 2tsp with warm water 1hr before meals every day.
