You are mildly diabetic in fact prediabetic. Avoid sugar containing food, oil, ghee, butter, chees, sweets, etc. Avoid fried item, party food, out side &fast food. Increase green vegetables, sald, pulses etc start daily one hour exercise. Regular blood sugar check up.

Hba1c is an average of three month blood sugar control and random sugar is also important and so I will suggest you to get your blood checked for fbs ppbs and hba1c after three month for confirmation and revert on completion.

Fasting blood sugar rises first then post prandial or hba1c so you are in prediabetic state do life style modification diet control and exercise. Repeat after 3 month fbsugar and hba1c test.
