How do I take care of my skin and hair after swimming in a pool which is used by many people everyday, including kids, and the water is filtered only once in a week. I take bath with Johnson n Johnson kids top to toe every day immediately after swimming class. Is that enough? What else should I do? Also I consume some of the pool water while learning to back float. What do I do to protect myself internally?

Swimming does cause some harm to skin. Scrub your body twice a week with a good scrubber. You can make ubtans of besan or pulses at home. If you have consumed water and you feel you need some detoxification, you can take stomach deworming capsules.
