My upper lip is quite bigger than lower one. Nd I want solution of it. Should I go for surgery or any thing??

Surgery is the only option to reduce your lip but every surgery has a some amount of risk involved. Choice is yours.

For any changes in your facial features, you have to go for a lip reduction surgery. Females can cover up using make-up but for males, this is the only option. If it looks average then there is a risk in getting surgery, as the result might or might not be great, because surgeries are not 100% successful. If it looks very improper, then you can take a chance.
