Hi I'm a male I am very lazy I usually get up by 11 or 12 in the morning and thn I brush teeth at 1pm in the afternoon and do not get anything direct I go to eat food or lunch so wat to do I want to get up early in the morning but I don't get up but wat to do how to get up early in the morning everyday please help me please tel me plz.

I feel once you will be determinant that you have to wake up in early morning nthing stops you to change your habit. All you need to do is put an alarm of time you need to be waked with louder sound and place an alarm clock quite a distance away from yourself so dat you have to come out of bed to switch it off. Initially it may be painful but slowly you will be used to it. You can do this.
