Is osteoarthritis a part of aging, and is there a way to reduce risks, even after age 50? Do sleep needs change as we age? How much sleep do we need after age 50? Please help me and I want to good suggestion please.

To reduce the risk of osteoarthritis I suggest you to do exercise daily, weight will not increase and take proper calcium and take 6 hour sleep.

Yes part of aging. Exercise, healthy diet reduces the risk. Sleep becomes light after 50. Needd 6 hours of sleep.
