I'm 22 years old I have serious hair loss problem. I started noticing hair loss problems four years ago then I used home remedies and homeopathic medicine but it only became worse. Currently I am on finasteride and minoxidil with no improvement as both the medicines take 1-2 years to take effect. What should I do for permanent solution, there is always a dry whitish material on my scalp, I think is causes to fall my hair and I also think dht is also the reason.
