I travel most of the time in this hot weather what should I do in order to save myself from dehydration.

Liberal fluid intake in the form of juices, soups, coconut water, lemonade, butter milk can help you prevent dehydration. If still you feel dehydrated it is advisable to start consuming ors on a regular basis. Dissolve 1 packet ors in 1 litre of water and consume within 24 hours. You can consume 1-2 such bottles in a day.
