Last month while playing football I got hit on my ribs, since then I feel pain. Over the time the pain has lessen down but then too cannot neglect it. What can be the reason?

Goodmorning I have understood your question. Kindly use a chest binder while playing so that you get a support to your chest. You must also start on breathing exercises. This will enhance a better rob cage repair and care. You must have sprained your chest muscles.
