I workout regularly and have a pretty much balanced diet. But the problem is I'm not able to achieve the physique I want because I'm not able to stay asleep for more than 5-6 hours P. S. THERE ARE no interruptions And the bedroom is dark as well.

Sleep can be completed by few hours in day time. 5 to 6 hours sleep is although good enough. A balanced diet should contain babundant amount of green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits. Adequate water should be taken between meals and not with the meal. Coconut water is excellent wor rehydration in summers. Have your going to bed time fixed by watch.
